Beautiful house. Nicely and practical decorated with a nice garden.
One of us was in a wheelchair and the place was as accessible as listed. Annelies was being very helpful and provided us even with a mobility scooter.
This meant we could easily explore the village, so we didn’t have to push the wheel chair.
Annelies’s place is just wonderful!!
We had a great time, the house is super clean, spacious, well equipped. location is superb, right in thr e middle of the silver coast, with a very short drive to all the hot spots.
Annelies is a great host, super nice, responsive, helpful.
In conclusion – perfect house, best location, super host!

We had a wonderful holiday in Casa da Annelies. It is super practical, and at the same time very cozy. The house has all the comforts and very fully equipped. Annelies is very accessible, super friendly, and has given nice tips and suggestions about the area. Kayaking on the lagoon is recommended. The location is nice and central, with Peniche and Nazaré half an hour’s drive away. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulously relaxing time at Annelies’ Airbnb. I am a wheelchair user, and rarely do I see accommodations on Airbnb that are accessible, let alone ones like CasaAnnelies that are intentionally designed to be wheelchair-friendly.
Her love of the village and the surrounding area is obvious, and she generously shared tips for enjoying the countryside charm, beauty, and tranquility of the location.
The setting of her Airbnb is a peaceful haven. Every morning began with the crowing of a rooster and the arrival of the truck delivering fresh bread straight from the local bakery.
For wheelchair users like me, Annelies’ attention to the importance of accessibility is particularly laudable and noteworthy. I wish more hosts understood the value of barrier-free accommodations.

We had a marvellous stay at Annelies’s house in Nadadouro. The house was exactly as described – in fact even better! It was very clean, with tasteful furnishings. In particular, the kitchen was very well-equipped which we appreciated as we cooked dinner a few times during our stay. The courtyard was lovely when the sun was shining and it was great to be able to use the washing machine and hang our clothes out on the line to dry.
Annelies herself was very helpful and friendly – the ideal host!
It is in an excellent location for exploring the surrounding towns such as Obidos, Nazare, Leiria, etc. (though a car is essential because the village is a bit remote).
I would have no hesitation in recommending Annelies’s place to anyone interested in exploring this part of Portugal, or just looking to relax and hang out in a very comfortable home.
