Booking Terms
Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than six weeks before the arrival date, only the deposit will be charged. If you cancel within six weeks of the arrival date, the full rental amount will be charged. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover potential cancellation costs.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Final Cleaning and Deposit
During your stay, you are expected to keep the holiday home clean. Final cleaning is carried out by us, is mandatory, and is not included in the rental price. You are required to leave the property in a tidy condition, with dishes cleaned and put away, and all waste removed.
The final cleaning fee is €35 and must be paid on arrival. In addition, a security deposit of €100 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage or incidents have occurred.
