This three bedroom house has been fully renovated during 2020-2021 (incl, new wiring,insulation,plumbing and modern doors and windows). It is now a comfortable and modern home with its own unique style. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare and enjoy meals in the house or in the courtyard. The enclosed courtyard is an additional living space in the summer and functions as an extension of the living room and dining area inside. There is a stone bbq, eating area and comfortable high sun lounger (that also can function as a kiddies pool).

The large downstairs bedroom has wide access with additional storage for equipment. It can be used either with a king size bed or two singles beds. When required, space can be made for a profiling bed (to be hired). Upstairs there are two further bedrooms for mobile family members. One contains a queen size double bed, the other two single beds. An additional toilet is situated upstairs. The downstairs bathroom is fully accessible.

Towels and bedding are included in the stay. Beach towels and blankets are available. Dvd’s, board games, (beach) toys and a wide variety of books are for guests to be used during their stay, please return after use. There is a separate communal laundry and office space available to guests. Wifi is available throughout the property.

The property is situated in a small lane in a traditional village, the portuguese neighbours live their daily life as normal. The village restaurants serve mainly Portuguese food and wine (other options in nearby Caldas). If you like to experience Portugal this is the place to come!
